Remote Data Entry Associate

\n

MANDATORY PAID TRAINING | 2- 3 weeks

\n

Starting Pay: $14.50 DURING TRAINING | Then, ABC Rate “with potential (based on speed and accuracy) of making more than $14.50” when moved to production!

\n

Training Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 6:00am-2:30pm EST

\n

Production Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm EST, overtime possibly required.

\n

May have to work some weekends.

\n

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

\n \n Process claims and documents electronically.\n Make outbound calls to doctors office should volume permits.\n Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.\n Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.\n Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.\n Classifies documents based on contract requirements.\n Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.\n Ensures data is processed to the appropriate next level.\n Complies with all policies and standards.\n \n

 Position Requirements: 

\n \n High School Diploma or equivalency\n Must have a secure workspace with high speed internet\n Must be able to pass typing test \n Must be able to sit for long period of time and willing to work overtime if needed.\n Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking\n Excellent Customer Service and communication skills\n Strong data Entry skills\n Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n Must be available to work weekends and on holidays if required\n \n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,660- $33,250.
