Remote Digital Marketing Manager
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Build targeted segments using online and offline data, including first, second, and third-party data.

Develop audiences to reach contacts through channels like email, social media, third-party sites, partnerships, and programmatic buying.

Optimize audience reach during campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Define, maintain, and govern a portfolio of audience definitions for both prospecting and nurturing using the DMP tool and other relevant tools.

Establish best practices for audience sizing, characteristics, and applying demographic and behavioral data insights.

Translate business objectives into campaign targeting rules, designing effective audience flowcharts.

Define segmentation based on message content, offers, and testing needs, determining necessary data sources.

Partner with data scientists to develop and interpret targeted customer and prospect profiles, providing actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with divisional marketing teams to coordinate programs and avoid conflicting messaging.

Review selection, exclusion, and suppression logic to ensure accurate target group identification.

Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance process flows.

Validate list selection logic, segmentation, offers, and dynamic output, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Stay updated on changes in data sources, flows, and customer touchpoints.

Perform other duties as assigned.

The work schedule is M-F 8am-5pm in the candidate's time zone. The position is available anywhere in the US. This role is replacing a candidate moving to another department. Communication skills are important as this role involves working with various departments. Education and experience are required. However, software proficiency is flexible if there are similar languages used.

This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year.
