Job Summary:
\n The Benefits and Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the health and welfare benefits administration process, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. In addition, the role will include invoicing tasks, processing payments, and addressing any related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in various areas of the role.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n Administer and support the health and welfare benefits program, ensuring compliance and accuracy.\n Process invoicing for payments, including reviewing and verifying data.\n Analyze and evaluate data to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.\n Work with internal teams to ensure smooth benefits administration processes.\n Provide solutions to problems related to invoicing, data accuracy, and benefits administration.\n Assist in the continuous improvement of benefits administration procedures.\n Maintain accurate records and reports related to benefits and invoicing.\n Adapt to learning new tasks and areas of the role as business needs evolve.\n\n

Key Qualifications:

\n\n Proven background in benefits administration, specifically in Health and Welfare benefits.\n Experience with pension benefits administration is a plus but not required.\n Knowledge and experience in invoicing and processing payments.\n Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and resolve issues.\n Comfortable evaluating and working with large sets of data.\n Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.\n Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new aspects of the role.\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is between $ 44,160.00 and $ 55200.
