Job Description A large gaming and software company is looking for a Remote Marketing Art Producer to produce in-engine key art, and marketing stills. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various artistic disciplines to create industry-leading video content. The person in this role will be responsible for the following:  Manage a production pipeline responsible for key art, and marketing stills.  Maintain a database of tasks for active projects and ensure that Flow(Shotgrid) and Wrike schedules are up to date.  Work with the Marketing Art Director and Senior Producer to triage notes from reviews. Work with external teams to streamline the production pipeline for all marketing art. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Anticipate issues and communicate them rapidly to the Senior Producer. Communicate information quickly and succinctly to project crew and other external departments. Ensure that images are being exported and delivered to stakeholders on time. Encourage and help maintain a positive, upbeat and professional environment. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a production role in the film, VFX and/or gaming industry. Specific knowledge of video game, feature animation, or VFX production pipelines Ability to remain calm and confident in an environment that changes rapidly. Highly organized with excellent production management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a large team. Ability to own a project from inception to delivery.
