Remote Indy Metro Controller
Description 100% Remote opportunity for metro Indy candidates. Exciting opportunity to join a high-growth medical manufacturing company in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. This is a standalone controller position that is both strategic and hands-on. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting operations such as A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance and KPIs • Maintain and optimize the NetSuite ERP system to ensure efficient financial processes and serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite integrations, troubleshooting, and updates • Assist in the development and implementation of new and improved reporting systems, controlling, analyzing, and evaluating all aspects of general ledger accounting activities on NetSuite • Provide necessary tax information and manage outside service provider in filing company tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other financial policies Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred). + 5+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of success in start-ups or high-growth companies. + Expertise in Financial Reporting, budgeting, forecasting, + Extensive knowledge of US GAAP + Proficient in managing and maintaining the General Ledger + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel + Experience with NetSuite financial software is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
