Summary:
The Change Control Manager plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company's Information Technology Change Management functions. The position will primarily be responsible for controlling and auditing changes to production systems, infrastructure, and network.
Essential Functions:
* IT Change Control Manager will manage and document Operational Processes to ensure controls outlined Change Management Policy are met
* Facilitate weekly Change Advisory Boards to support changes in Development and Operations groups
* Complete monthly Change Audits covering All Changes on all Technology stacks, follow up with management on Change Audit findings and drive resolution through remediation or process improvement projects as necessary
* Ensure consistent maintenance of Critical Assets lists documenting system modules and integrations in scope for Change Management
* Ensure Communication of Changes meet Regulatory Guidelines
* Build curriculum and lead quarterly Change Management Training for development, operations, and management teams
* Ensure annual update, review, and executive approval of the IT Change Management Policy
* Manage process improvement projects for IT Change Controls
* Identify, analyze, and resolve/troubleshoot operational and security control gaps within Change Management
* As an IT Change Control Manager, you will manage IT Change Control and Release Management Performance metrics and reporting
* Facilitate annual governance activities supporting change management assessments
* Develop action plans and roadmaps based on annual assessments and risk-based prioritization
* Discover stakeholder needs and communicate with IT management on visions, solutions, and concerns
