Day in the Life Manager of TransformationLead the scoping, planning, and management projects and initiatives that may include standing up new functions, teams, processes, etc.
Oversee end-to-end analyses and evaluation of programs and processes, bringing together facts, analysis, and judgement to solve complex problems.
Proactively drive progress and cross-workstream collaboration by understanding and connecting dots between key objectives.
Bring a data driven selection and prioritization approach to all projects and initiatives, inclusive of business cases, ROI analyses and other KPIs / reporting.
Develop compelling, logically structured communications, presentations and deliverables that frame issues and shape choices for leaders that drive action.
Drive change and continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, by being willing to test and iterate, and by identifying risks, issues, and mitigations.
Be a thought partner to colleagues, developing relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders, peers, and leaders.
Help stakeholders turn ideas into solutions that differentiate Crossroads from competitors.
Perform project closing activities to ensure a seamless transition to business owners in addition to gathering lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain PMO artifacts including project plans, timelines, action logs, etc.
Proactively identify and escalate initiative risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare for and lead weekly status meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action items.
Activate best practices to manage a complex strategy and operations portfolio, ranging from developing and tracking key performance indicators to planning and executing new projects or initiatives.
Support the planning, development and execution of business development/mergers and acquisitions (M&A activities)
LocationRemote with some travel to Corporate (Greenville, SC) 4-7 business days a month.
Education and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
5-7 years of Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Management/Strategy Consulting, or other related field experience preferred
Experience with business development and/or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus but not required
PMP certification is a plus but not required
