Description:

Small engineering firm (20) associates out of Cincinnati, OH. The firm plans to grow 30% within the next 6 to 9 months. Currently producing $4-$5M of revenue each year. This person may sit fully remote but needs to reside in Ohio. Projects will range from commercial, medical, entertainment, residential, and retail

HVAC System Design

Designing ductwork, air terminals, and mechanical equipment.Load calculations and airflow analysis.Zoning and system layout (e.g., VAV, VRF, split systems).

Plumbing Design

Designing water supply, drainage, and vent systems.Fixture placement and pipe routing.Sizing and pressure loss calculations.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Revit and autocad Working knowledge of building codes and systems, construction and construction technology, all design phases (SD, DD, CD), as well as design and construction document coordination.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
