Remote Operations Center Supervisor

What you will do:  

Based in New Iberia operations center, you will lead a team of four Shift Leads and 16 ROC SpecialistsOversee and drive the operational performance of the ROC Operation TeamMeasure and improve the efficiency of the entire Remote Monitoring cycle, including regional responseEnhance tools, processes, and capabilities to support continuous improvement in Remote MonitoringDevelop team skills and product knowledge, focusing on Energy Transition solutionsCollaborate with ROC leadership and a benchmark against industry standards to improve internal customer satisfaction

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: 

Bachelor’s degree minimum and/or 7+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and support teamsStrong adaptability to evolving technology and business needs while driving continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.Exceptional decision-maker with the ability to present the ROC’s value to customers and the business.Financially and commercially savvy, skilled in issue resolution, and knowledgeable in systems like M3, Salesforce, and Sitepro.
