403b + matching Up to 4 weeks paid time off in first year Onsite childcare - Quincy location 24/7 Wellness Center access - Quincy & Pittsfield locations Educational assistance opportunities JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible to address the psychosocial outpatient needs of patients and their families by providing clinical social work evaluation, individual, family and group counseling and cultural diversity and advocacy expertise that is linked to community resources. This position develops, implements, coordinates and evaluates client service plans in an outpatient environment; collaborates with other health care providers, community service agencies, faith-based services as appropriate to coordinate care and services. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: LCSW or LCPC Excellent written Verbal skills. Adequate transportation is a must. PREFERRED: 1-2 years experience in individual/family therapy. Independent clinical skills needed to provide psychotherapy sessions. License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Possesses current appropriate Illinois License. Valid drivers license Reliable transportation required.
