Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Partnership Manager with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of existing clients, develop new business, and seek out new opportunities. Your goal will be to ensure outstanding customer service while meeting sales and client satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of 100-125 active accounts each semesterAchieve sales and revenue goalsServe as the main point of contact for clientsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsNegotiate contracts effectivelyResolve client disputes and respond to inquiriesProvide regular reports on account performanceDevelop strategies to strengthen client relationships and explore new market opportunitiesAssist with critical client issues and escalationsRetain clients through excellent service each sessionMeet company KPIsMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure data is up to dateOversee day-to-day operationsCommunicate weekly with instructors:Foster strong relationshipsGather feedback on class qualityEnsure instructors have all necessary suppliesCollaborate with the sales team to onboard new clientsProtect the privacy of student, school, and instructor dataAssist with recruiting new staff as neededContribute to developing the company culture and vision

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Client Manager or in a similar rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with CRM software and MS OfficeAbility to deliver tailored solutions based on client needsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsEffective negotiation and leadership skillsBA/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldFluency in English (both spoken and written)

Full-time remote position (work from the comfort of your home)A supportive and dynamic team environmentCompetitive compensation ($1,450 - $1,750 per month, based on experience)
