Key Responsibilities: + Manage 80+ back-to-back calls daily while achieving performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance. + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing the needs of both internal and external customers. + Utilize dual monitors for multitasking across data entry, phone handling, and resource management. + Support team members and supervisors with patient documentation and issue resolution. + Manage sensitive information responsibly, following company policies and guidelines. + Use internal systems for scheduling appointments, processing claims, verifying benefits, and more. + Assist new members with PCP selection and provide general information about the medical group. + Support Telehealth services and complete additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones (Please note, we are currently unable to accept applications from candidates residing in California). + 1+ years of healthcare experience. + 2+ years in a call center role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and multitasking in a digital environment. + Secure and private workspace. + Must have an Ethernet cord and High-Speed Internet exceeding 100 Mbps download + Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment (80+ calls daily) + Ability to pass a typing speed test over 40 WPM. + High School Diploma/GED.
