A New Opportunity\n

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Project Manager to lead our cathodic protection (CP) projects. This is a brand-new role offering a unique opportunity to shape the position and contribute significantly to our team.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nProject Execution: Oversee and execute 5-10 short-cycle projects simultaneously, installing CP systems at convenience stores, with project budgets ranging from $10K to $50K.\nSubcontractor Management: Select, contract, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of cathodic protection testing, installation, and service.\nProject Oversight: Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.\nRisk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.\n\n

What We're Looking For:\n\nTechnical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in cathodic protection and 2+ years of project management experience is preferred. \nCertifications: NACE certifications in cathodic protection (CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4) is a huge plus, but not required as there won't be a ton of engineering involved.\nEducational Background: A degree in project management or engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical) is a huge plus, but not required\nRemote Work Proficiency: Proven ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively.\nStrong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, and to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.\nAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection, invoicing and reporting.\nLocation: * You must live in the continental US * We are flexible on location, but would prefer candidates who live near Austin, TX | Houston, TX | San Antonio, TX | Elgin, IL | Mount Laurel, NJ\n\n
