Job Description A federal client in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Remote Prompt Engineer to join their team for a nine-month contract. This resource will be part of a team involved in the development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based training aid. The training aid assists the Government user (frequently an ISD Instructional Systems Designer, Instructor, or similar) by creating standardized templates for use in creating training analysis documentation. Other Responsibilities include: · Design, test, and refine inputs given to AI systems (prompts) to output very specific templates that are in strict compliance with Government Furnished Information (GFI) training products. · Conduct meticulous research using AI to extract information and generate responses from AI to accurately create templates that are 100% compliant with GFI requirements. · Analyze and iterate on prompts based on specific performance metrics and user feedback. · Work with Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) to validate accuracy and compliance of prompt engineering output. · Document gaps in available LLM data that prevents the complete and accurate creation of the required training analysis-related output We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
