REMOTE Senior Quality Specialist [F/M/X]

Job Description:

As a Senior Quality Specialist, you are responsible for leading the implementation and execution of quality management procedures and processes for suppliers and distributors. You work in a virtual environment and support local operational companies and the regional organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement standardized systems and processes Provide expertise in the deployment of the supplier quality strategy Lead quality assurance and compliance for suppliers/distributors Negotiate quality agreements and oversee their implementation Monitor dashboards and take corrective actions Proactively identify and manage risks

Requirements:

Master's degree in science, pharmaceutical science, or engineering discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on quality assurance Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Arabic, and Turkish is a plus Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and virtual environment

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
