Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and RepairRespond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints or other Automotive inquiries Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnelUtilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelinesSupport 150 U.S. Dealerships, 30 Collision Centers in 17 States that represent 30 automotive brands in Domestic, Import and Luxury segmentsLearn about the retail Automotive industry at enterprise-scale for Service, Parts, Collision and Sales operations QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Available to work Monday - Friday plus every 3rd Saturday with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.9:30am – 6:30pm10:00am – 7:00pm10:30am – 7:30pm11:00am – 8:00pmMust live in the greater Houston metropolitan area.Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience High speed internet connection of > 30 mbps Upload and > 30 mbps or higher. Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with desktop PC’s, VPN access, internet modems & routers, phone systems, etc.Superior time-management and multi-tasking skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication skillsBilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components.Capable of delivering quality results at all times Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilitiesPerfect attendance and punctuality record Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency to get the job done (1st call resolution)Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube and other web search tools
