We are currently seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager with 10-20 years to manage and execute on a variety of structural engineering projects like commercial, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, etc.This role will start off as a very flexible hybrid schedule and then eventually become fully remote - their structural group is splitting off from this company and becoming a company of their ownThis role requires up to 10% travelCandidates MUST be PE or SEProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is requiredBased in Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

Structural engineering design of architectural structures, including but not limited to office buildings, schools, hospitality and resorts, religious, multi family, and morePrepare and review engineering plans, construction drawings, cost estimates and specificationsTraining/mentoring of junior staffPrepare all required professional documents and reports needed to carry out and complete a projectProvide CAD support for all projects as necessary using AutoCAD and RevitDirect interaction with the client, owner, other engineering consultants, and contractors as neededConstruction administration responsibilities such as shop drawing review, responding to contractor questions, and site inspections

Qualifications:

BS in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (MS a plus)10+ years of professional structural engineering experience in the design of architectural structuresProfessional registration as PE or SEProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities under fast-paced conditionsMust have client facing experienceAbout Actalent
