Remote Support Engineer - Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM)

Help Philips to impact with care by finding & establishing solutions to healthcare software, enabling clinicians to provide the best care for patients.

Your role:

This role supports our interoperability, ECG management and perinatal information systems (IntelliBridge Enterprise, IntelliSpace ECG & IntelliSpace Perinatal).

As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding a technical resolution to the application problem and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed.

You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing an excellent service through regular & timely communication, excellent prioritisation of calls and tasks, and product training.

To support your colleagues, you will provide quality documentation & reporting and share your subject matter knowledge.

You’re right for this role if:

You have a technical background with experience providing Application/Software Support ideally to the healthcare industry, or with a willingness to embrace clinical solutions.

You are bachelor's degree educated in computer science or medical informatics or other equivalent

Your technical skills include:

Windows Server

SQL Server 2012+ including the ability to run queries

Networking

Ideally, HL7, DICOM, FHIR and an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow

Your soft skills include:

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Reliability, commitment, and a confident demeanour; strong cross-departmental teamwork abilities

You will be willing to work weekends and provide extended emergency service with 24/7 on-call availability when needed.
