Remote/Telehealth BCBA - Spanish/Bilingual (Arizona-based Caseload)
Centria is looking for a Spanish/Bilingual Clinician who loves to supervise from home!  Enjoy a fully remote work set-up?  For years, Centria has been using technology to augment our services and increase access to quality care. We've been providing high level support to our Technicians & clients over video even before COVID. Centria has done the work, put in the time, applied the necessary resources, and employed the manpower necessary to transform our Telehealth model into become the well-oiled machine that it is today. You'll love the flexibility and agency that is possible in this role, especially coupled with a giving team of elite Clinicians and the consistent support of an earnest, high-integrity Director!  Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Supervising Clinicians Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (negotiable) + Monthly Bonus Opportunity Working Hours: Flexible/variable - you build your schedule!  (Technicians operate Monday - Friday 8:00am-8:00pm.)

**NOTE**: The BCBA hired for this remote role will be supporting a caseload primarily based in Arizona. Tech hours are M-F 8am-8pm and therefore, there will be some afternoons/evenings needed. Please consider the time zone difference when deciding to apply!

Our Expectations

Develop child-specific treatment plans following the principles of ABA therapy and compassionate, assent-based protocols.  Provide broad clinical oversight driving compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes Supervising no less than 10% of therapy sessions for all cases.  Nurture and support a team of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians Manage, coach, and develop team for high-performance that meets agreed objectives, delivers best practice results, adding value, and strive for continuous improvement. Parent/Caregiver Engagement: Inspire guardian involvement in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes. Aiming to deliver at least 1-hour of parent/caregiver engagement per month to all clients Ensure all daily functions of your team are completed by communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

What you’ll bring to the table:

Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing Completed of 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment 1+ year of experience as a Supervising Clinician/BCBA  Active state license, in good standing, when applicable Prior experience working in a Telehealth/Remote capacity.  Experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders Experience following assent-based protocols and compassionate practices is a must.  Crisis management experience is preferred

 

Working Conditions

Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, with primary hours conducted after school hours (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm). NOTE: Caseload based in AZ, which does not participate in Daylight Savings. From March to November, AZ is aligned with Pacific Time. From November to March, AZ is aligned with Mountain Time. BT hours are M-F 8am-8pm AZ time. Clinicians are trusted to build their own schedule but based on common needs per caseload, most telehealth clinicians will be needed in the late afternoon/early evenings, 3 or 4 (out of 5 days) per week.  The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client's home, a company facility, or community. This particular job opening is for Remote/Telehealth (WFH).  TRAVEL = < 10%. Our Telehealth Clinicians are required to come on-site each quarter (4x per year), for 4-5 days at a time. Travel expenses are reimbursed.  Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement. The team member will be required to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, hear, type, and write. The team member will also be exposed to normal office conditions and usual office equipment such as phone, computer, copiers, files, etc. The team member must be able to independently push, pull, lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near, far, and field of vision.
