Job Description Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Valuations Executive to join our Valuation Support team within C&W Operations Hub APAC, Manila, Philippines. This role will directly support the Valuations & Advisory team based in Dubai, UAE.

The purpose of the role is to support the Dubai Valuations and Advisory Team with
production of UAE property valuation reports, which will be prepared remotely (in
Microsoft word format / Argus Enterprise software) to service RICS Red Book valuation instructions generated in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:


• Develop a close working relationship with the Remote Project Lead and the UAEbased
Valuation Administrators to complete UAE property valuation assignments for
various purposes for private, banking and / or corporate clients.
• Valuation assignments would be assigned by the Dubai Team for completion by the
Remote Support Team to prepare and deliver draft RICS Red Book valuation reports in
accordance with RICS / IVSC framework in a timely manner to client deadlines.
• Property valuation reports which include residential, retail, industrial and office
investment properties, which are valued on the investment method of valuation.
• Responsibility for RICS Red Book report preparation includes: location, description,
tenure, tenancy schedule, tenure (freehold and leasehold), rental analysis, schedule
of accommodation and investment valuation processing and reporting within RICS
Red Book valuation report templates.
• Inspections would be undertaken by the UAE-based Valuation team and respective
property information provided by the UAE Valuation Administrators. The role requires
liaising with Remote Project Lead () and UAE Valuation Administrators to collate
property related information and resolve issues and agree valuation assumptions
before reporting.

• Investment properties are valued using Argus Enterprise valuation software, which
requires technical software experience / training to upload prepared tenancy
schedule, rental assessments, tenure plus other property details to complete and
provide draft valuation reports.
• Draft RICS reports and Argus Enterprise valuations are to be provided in a timely
manner to client deadlines in RICS Red Book format, which would be reviewed and
finalized by RICS Valuation Surveyors in Dubai, UAE.

Education: Degree in Business or Real Estate related subject preferred.

deadlines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to quick turnaround times, and
take initiative to resolve queries and deliver to deadlines.


Experience & Knowledge


• Commercial Real Estate Valuation Experience (Minimum 1 year).
• Competent in the use of Argus Enterprise, or willing to be trained to use Argus
Enterprise.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent command of English and Filipino, both written and spoken
