Renewal Account Manager

We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government. In this role, you would lead and support renewal sales efforts by managing complex operational tasks, addressing advanced customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The inner team consists of 12 people and is reporting to the Manager of Renewal Sales. We would love to speak with you if have previous experience in renewal sales / account management and would like to develop your career in Academia & Government segment.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant experience in sales with proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets

Proficient level of English language

What will you be doing in this role?

Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support; leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies; create, update, and analyse detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.

Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness; drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets

Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership; utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes.

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate. The focus of this role will be on account renewal in the domain of public libraries in North America.

Hours of Work 

This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be flexible (aligned with US time zones, having in mind that you would work with North American accounts).

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
