Title: Renewal Analyst
Grade: 9
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
The Renewal Analyst role will be supporting NCR Voyix Retail and Restaurants businesses. The team is integral in pulling all the contract that need to be renewed, validate them and then delegate them to appropriate sales team. This role requires strong critical thinking, teamwork, and self-initiative and drive to deliver excellence. You will be working with many cross functional teams, including legal, billing, product, and supporting our sales teams, all whom will lean on your expertise and knowledge in processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as you will be working with individual contributors and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Pulls contract data from various systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Power BI, CFS, etc
+ Reviews contracts for accuracy
+ Creates Salesforce opportunity for contracts that need to be renewed
+ Verifies proper sales contract completion and storage management.
+ Serves as the helpline for issues related to contract renewals management systems or processes.
+ Interfaces with managers and leadership to escalate issues, provide updates, and implement improvements.
+ Develops strong relationships with sales executives and other teams.
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Eager-to-learn attitude with a strong desire to grow within the position.
+ Supports the Sales Operations Organization to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
+ Works with limited guidance on projects, with defined criteria.
+ Other job-related duties, as assigned.
+ The Renewal Analyst serves as a point of contact and change agent within internal teams.
+ Maintains documented processes and templates.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
+ Proven analytical skill
+ High level of proficiency in MS Office products, strong Excel Skills
+ Demonstrates complex critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
+ Strong general computer skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary applications and emerging technology
+ Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn quickly and work with a variety of individuals in both team and self-directed environments
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential issues, recommend and implement resolution plans
+ Ability to multi-task; high energy; strong sense of ownership; strong sense of urgency; ability to improvise; good problem-solving skills; ability to respond in a crisis;
+ High degree of organization and attention to detail
+ Preferable basic knowledge in Salesforce
