We are actively seeking a Renewal Sales Account Representative. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Australia.
Position Summary
The position of Renewal Sales Account Representative is a client-facing position that is part of the Global Sales Team focusing on annual renewals for current RSI clients for the APAC region. The Renewal Sales Account Representative will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and positive renewal outcomes against a plan target. The position calls for the ability to articulate the RSI Support Model and Value Proposition to our clients to attain the highest retention rates possible.
The Renewal Sales Account Representative will play a key role in providing updates and insight into our customer base, and work closely with the Global Renewal Sales management team as well as Global Client Engagement Managers and other internal parties who work directly with our clients. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to meet/exceed quotas. Must have a passion for winning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets by renewing support services contracts with existing customers in a timely basis, primarily over the phone/emailBe able to articulate the RSI Support Model and Value Proposition in the context of objection handling or competitive situationsPreferably be able to have business discussions in multiple languages, including proficiency in EnglishTrack and manage all Client renewal opportunities within the assigned client group within the APAC TheatreWork with the Legal Team to produce and process contract amendments as neededUp-Sell Multi-Year Non-Cancel Renewals to ensure longer retention of clientsOwn the entire renewal process from end to end, including creating renewal opportunities following initial contract, outreach to client prior to invoicing, Forecasting of the renewal, providing renewal quotes, ensuring invoicing on scheduleCollaborate with Global Client Engagement Team (Account Managers) to assess any risk of non-renewal as early as possible in the cycle and maintain client relationshipsWork with Sales Ops to generate analysis of renewal wins/losses in the TheatreMay be required to occasionally assist in collection efforts and other value added services deemed necessaryPro-actively look for opportunities to increase the RSI footprint in the account Additional duties as may be assigned by ManagementEducation
