This position plays a critical role in maintaining successful client relationships, managing renewals, driving incremental revenue, and providing invaluable cross-functional perspective on product and process improvements to the client experience. What will you be doing in this role?...

Provide on-going support and coordinate with Renewals Account Managers in North America to determine best team player/approach to engage client in renewal activities and new business opportunities; considers account history, existing relationships, and other factors.Serve as the subject matter expert on specialty products, articulating the value proposition whether as a single product sale or as part of a larger portfolio.Focus on new business, uncovering opportunities, creating target lists, prospect, and participate in territory planning while engaging the RAM/Account Manager as appropriate.Participate in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders on future product enhancements; customer offerings/bundles and other initiatives aimed to strengthen renewal retention and new business generation.Execute regular account reviews with the RAM North America Team, including contract status, product migration and cross-sell/upsell opportunity, account penetration, and issue review, providing updated and regular status reports to RAM Americas Leadership.

Hours of Work

Full time, permanentAlthough duties are typically performed during normal business hours, off-hours work/on-call shifts may be required to meet customer and/or business needs.Hybrid Position: Must be able to work 2/3 days a week in our Ann Arbor office
