Your Impact

As a Renewals Account Representative at OpenText, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships by ensuring seamless renewals of maintenance and support contracts. Through proactive engagement and consultative selling, you will drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and provide exceptional service that reinforces OpenText’s value to its customers.

What the Role OffersOpportunity to build strong customer relationships through consistent outreach via phone and emailConsultative selling experience, including negotiating renewal quotes and handling objectionsOwnership of the renewal process, ensuring on-time and full-value contract renewalsCross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive solutionsExposure to OpenText’s product roadmaps and strategic customer engagement initiativesA dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growthWhat You Need to Succeed2-4 years of experience in software license renewals, sales, or customer account managementStrong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skillsDetail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilitiesExperience working in an outbound phone sales/support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plusMultilingual skills (Spanish, Italian or French) are advantageousOne Last Thing
