Brook Street are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and has transferable skills within sales. Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, No weekends or Bank Holidays!
Start date: Immediate
Competitive Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience. (OTE £30,000+ Uncapped commission structure!)

Responsibilities and Attributes:

Carrying out outbound customer calls with day-to-day use of the company's diary and call systemsChecking and confirming all customer details and having great attention to detailEnsuring notes are taken accurately and updatedExcellent customer service skillsActive listening skills and have the confidence to up sell products and servicesThe ability to handle fast paced workload and not be afraid of challengesBeing the first point of contact for the companyBeing highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and be the best you can be!Product knowledge to the customer confidently, offering transparency and choice which are our core values.
