(https://www.xerox.com/en-us/jobs/diversity) **About the Role:** As a Renewals Specialist, you will own the renewal process for various contracts with our clients, including Microsoft, Dell, Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Adobe, ITsavvy managed services and more. You will drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Client Executive and Partner Management team by proactively reaching out to provide clients with the best renewal options. You will report to the VP of Customer Experience and work closely with the partner and client management teams to maintain an industry leading revenue retention rate. **Job Responsibilities:** + Drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Client Experience team by proactively reaching out to provide clients with the right renewal options. + Create renewal playbooks to build a practice that is scalable and repeatable. + Negotiating contract renewals with clients and resolving any issues or concerns. + Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services. + Providing exceptional customer service and support during the renewal process. + Analyzing renewal rates and trends and providing feedback and recommendations to improve retention and revenue. + Creating and providing reports to clients and ITsavvy sales team members. + Maintaining accurate records of contract terms, expiration dates, and renewal status within our platforms. + Serve as the voice of the client and direct feedback to appropriate groups. **Requirements:** + A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is prefered. + At least 3 years of experience in contract management, renewals, or sales. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Have an aptitude for automation and workflow procedures. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. + Knowledge of Microsoft, Cisco, Cisco SMARTnet, Adobe, managed services, and other products or services we offer. + Results-drive team player attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. + Most importantly, client success obsessed.
