The Wrike Renewals Manager is a high-impact position on a team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates. You'll collaborate with a diverse group dedicated to customer loyalty and securing Wrike's revenue across these regions. As a part of the Renewals team, you'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success. Together, we'll drive the continued success and growth of Wrike's international presence.
How we work
You will be responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned book of business, focused on the closed loop process of subscription renewal. You will be tasked with minimizing churn, locking in favorable terms with our clients, identifying growth and providing insights to the business that improve future outcomes. You will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver an optimal result. Additionally, Wrike will provide a comprehensive training program and buddy system, giving you the tools you need to be successful in your new role!
How You’ll make an impact
Quote renewal offers for Customers and ensure the CRM has accurate details and forecasts
Work reactively on cancellation requests
Work proactively to mitigate churn and close additional revenue
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers
Act as liaison between Finance, Sales and Customers
Assist the Billing team with collections
Uncover trends in subscription automation practices that can improve renewal workflow
You will achieve your best if you have
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle rejection
Technologically inclined
You will stand out with
Fluency in Italian or Portuguese
Proven and effective negotiation skills
A growth mindset and being team oriented
Experience in a customer-facing position, preferably sales
Aptitude for and interest in workflow processes and automation
