As a Renewals Specialist at Wrike, you will be central to the renewal lifecycle for our SMB customers. Your key responsibilities include ensuring timely and successful renewals and expanding our current customer base. This fast-paced role involves close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems teams, ensuring contract accuracy, timely renewals, and a positive subscription renewal experience for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact Act as a subject matter expert regarding our renewal processes and tools, utilizing critical thinking to tackle complex business challenges. Collaborate with Account manager on intricate renewal scenarios. Work to keep customers updated with the latest terms and conditions. Draft detailed order forms and quotes, using your comprehensive knowledge of our products, pricing, and terms. Manage all assigned contract renewals 120 days prior to renewal.  Proactively communicating with non-auto-renew customers to ensure timely and precise execution. Maintain accurate forecasting for all assigned renewals. Clearly explain the renewal process, timelines, and expectations. Maintain account and opportunity data quality in Salesforce, including managing overages, updating customer contacts, and provisioning licenses. Address overdue invoices by communicating with customers about outstanding balances and coordinating with Finance and Customer Success on expected payments. Develop and update functional processes, playbooks, and supporting materials to enhance process efficiency.

 

You will achieve your best if you have At least Over 2 years of experience in a Renewals, Account Management Customer Success, or Customer Operations role, preferably within a SaaS company. Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of concurrent activities across multiple tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze account history and link historical account activities. Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of subscription-based renewals, including knowledge of subscription terms, contracts, account consolidation, and proration. A process-oriented mindset focused on using documented procedures and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement. Experience with a variety of business programs; experience with Salesforce and CPQ is a plus. Ability to organize, prioritize, complete tasks, and meet daily deadlines. A team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to build positive relationships within Wrike. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating ideas, updates, or issues to peers and leaders.
