Renovation Coordinator
Overview As a Renovations Coordinator at Rogue Valley Manor, you will introduce new residents and their families to all aspects of residential life at Rogue Valley Manor, as well as facilitate and assist in-house transfers and moves. You will help new residents plan the upgrade/remodel of their new home, offering construction options and upgrades. Compensation: $20.50 - $24.00 / hr DOE What you'll do: Supervise, schedule, and train Renovations Assistant and Renovations Housekeeper team members. Assist in the hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions of Renovations Assistant and Renovations Housekeeper position. Oversee and manage the options department, including but not inclusive to flooring, plumbing and general construction. Approve time cards for Renovations Assistant and Housekeeper. Attend Marketing meetings as required and monitor/follow-up on work-in-process to ensure deadlines are met for renovations. Attend departmental staff meetings on regular basis and may report project status. Coordinate and publish weekly Renovation work schedules (staff & contractors).
