A Day in the Life:

The Rent2Buy Field & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting car sales customers and field employees through email and phone communication. 

The salary for this position is $14.70 per hour. 

What You’ll Do:

Mange incoming calls for the Hertz Car Sales division. Coordinate Rent2Buy reservations by determining vehicle availability and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cars are at the correct location on time. Book or cancel reservations using internal reservation system.  Maintain communication with the field to ensure customers are receiving the proper service throughout their rental experience.  Monitor all Rent2buy rentals to make sure customers are paying for the car purchased within the Rent2Buy time frame. Reclass vehicles to the store’s inventory as needed. Process all Rent2buy deals and make sure deals are properly funded. Support and coach the field on the Rent2buy process.

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.  Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.  Experience with PC Excalibur, DASH, and Advent systems preferred.  Available to work on weekends and evenings.
