Definition:  Ensure that Rental Program properties consistently meet resort standards with daily inspection and clean-up of exterior communal areas. Maintain cleanliness of parking garages, carports, elevators, elevator landings, front door hallways, stairwells, outdoor cabana and pit areas, and pool restroom facilities.

General Duties:

Trash removal from all public areas. Sweep/Mop corridors and stairwells. Deep cleaning of public restrooms. Daily cleaning of pit areas Keep elevator landings cleaned, swept/mopped and elevator doors smudge-free. Remove cobwebs from all areas (stairwells, corridors, railings, light fixtures, walls, doorways, etc.) Weekly emptying of trash receptacles. Quarterly power washing of corridors, stairwells and pool area. Notify supervisor regarding the quantity of supplies. Biannually power washing of parking garages.

Employment standards:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to work holidays and weekend. Must have working knowledge of all cleaning equipment. Must be a self-starter Maintain proper associate uniform standards and footwear which is slip resistant, enclosed toe and heel.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Must be physically fit, have the ability to bend and stoop Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Must be able to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee is required to walk, sit, push or pull. Must be able to interact with co-workers and customers and have a sense of TEAM.
