Rental Coordinator
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Rental Coordinator to support the rental activities for construction equipment and coordinate rental details to and through other Ziegler departments and customers.

Responsibilities:

Creates rental agreementsCoordinates equipment deliveries and returnsAssists rental preparations with serviceProvides accurate and timely customer invoicesDevelops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applicationsCompletes required administrative reporting requirementsUpdates equipment status, work order status, and yard statusWorks closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and valueWorks in a cooperative manner with team and superiorsAssists with after-hours, on-call responsibilitiesAnswers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customersFollows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactionsAnswers calls from Ziegler Rental call centerDevelops expertise with Ziegler’s rental software tools

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; 2  or 4 year degree preferredPersonal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and OrganizationThrives in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Walking, talking, hearing

Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.
