Responsibilities:
Creates rental agreementsCoordinates equipment deliveries and returnsAssists rental preparations with serviceProvides accurate and timely customer invoicesDevelops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applicationsCompletes required administrative reporting requirementsUpdates equipment status, work order status, and yard statusWorks closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and valueWorks in a cooperative manner with team and superiorsAssists with after-hours, on-call responsibilitiesAnswers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customersFollows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactionsAnswers calls from Ziegler Rental call centerDevelops expertise with Ziegler’s rental software toolsQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferredPersonal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and OrganizationThrives in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Physical Requirements:

The pay range for this position is
$28.85 to $43.27Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
