<span 55="" helvetica="">RENTAL COORDINATOR/RENTAL SUPPORT/OFFICE SUPPORT

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">Job Responsibilities:

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">Processing orders for rental and used equipment <span 55="" helvetica="">Scheduling deliveries and processing invoices <span 55="" helvetica="">Approving and coding vendor invoices for payment <span 55="" helvetica="">Ordering equipment, batteries and chargers as required for the rental fleet <span 55="" helvetica="">Collaborating with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories including the buying and selling of assets

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">Qualifications:

 

<span 55="" helvetica="">High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor or associate degree, preferably in business, preferred. <span 55="" helvetica="">Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department preferred. <span 55="" helvetica="">Accurate and efficient data entry skills. <span 55="" helvetica="">Microsoft Office experience.
