**How will you make an impact in this role?**
This role will be responsible for leading multi-product acquisition campaigns through internal teams and third parties, ensuring goal achievement and efficient budget management in accordance with the established plan, while always aligning with risk controls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Define and execute sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams and third parties to enhance sales funnel efficiency.
Supervise and manage acquisition campaigns, ensuring performance and efficiency targets are met.
Ensure that agencies and third parties meet the established KPIs, continuously monitoring their performance.
Generate, analyze, and interpret campaign performance reports, providing key insights for decision-making.
Prepare and present campaign results to senior management and other stakeholders.
Oversee the invoice review and payment process for campaign-related expenses, ensuring proper financial administration.
Ensure compliance with all quality controls and audits, aligning with internal and external regulations.
Continuous monitoring of controls for all processes and operations making sure risk management is compliant
**Qualifications:**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in acquisition campaign management, sales, or related fields. Contact Center experience desired
Budget management and invoicing processes.
Experience in sales funnel optimization and conversion strategies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities (internal and external teams).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
Ability to work in fast-paced assignments
Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to present reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
Personal accountability to move forward for achieving individual and team goals.
Comfortable taking initiative and solving diverse problems
Office suite (excel knowledge)
Languages: intermediate – advanced English (spoken and written)
