PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Développer des relations d’affaires productives avec les clients existants sur son territoire et établir des relations avec de nouveaux clients.Accéder aux comptes clients existants en qualifiant les besoins des entreprises, en comprenant leurs exigences et en menant des activités de vente intersectorielles concernant le compte en question.Développer avec succès des relations professionnelles et travailler en collaboration avec les experts en la matière internes de World Courier, les opérations et les membres de l’équipe de vente, le cas échéant, afin de permettre l’expansion du territoire.Établir des priorités en matière d’activités de gestion du territoire afin de maximiser le temps passé auprès des clients dont les besoins pour nos services sont susceptibles d’être les plus importants.Préparer avec succès les interactions avec les clients, planifier un nombre défini d'appels aux clients et créer un nombre défini d'opportunités de vente. Participer à la formation dans le domaine de la vente requise qui permettra au personnel de vente de World Courier de maintenir en permanence une approche de vente consultative avec tous les clients.Rechercher activement des formations supplémentaires et des possibilités de perfectionnement professionnel afin d’améliorer ses connaissances et ses compétences.Exécuter les tâches connexes qui lui sont assignées.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops productive business relationships with existing customers in their territory, and establishes relationships with new customers.Penetrates existing customer accounts by qualifying business needs, understanding business requirements, and executing cross divisional sales activity within the given account.Successfully develops relationships and works collaboratively with internal World Courier subject matter experts, operations and sales team members as required/appropriate to grow the territory.Prioritizes territory management activity so as to maximize time spent with customers likely to have greatest needs for our services.Successfully prepares for customer interactions, schedules a defined number of customer calls, and creates a defined number of sales opportunities.Participates in required sales training that will allow the World Courier sales force to continually maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers. Actively seeks additional training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPÉRIENCE ET NIVEAU D’ÉDUCATION REQUIS :

Il faut au minimum trois (3) ans d’expérience réussie et démontrée dans les ventes et la prospection de territoires, l’analyse des besoins individuels des clients, l’élaboration de propositions sur mesure et leur présentation réussie, ainsi que la signature de contrats. Avoir une formation dans des domaines comme l’administration des affaires, la comptabilité, la vente, le marketing, l’informatique ou dans des domaines similaires, généralement acquise au terme d’un programme de baccalauréat de quatre ans, d’une formation professionnelle technique ou d’une combinaison équivalente d’expérience et d’études.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated and successful sales experience including territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, tailored proposal development and successful presentation, and contract signature. Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
