What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Job Summary

The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventory. The Representative II administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders, such as product samples, and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.

Process all customer orders are entered into the system prior to shipment cut-offConnect with customers via email to confirm and relay order informationResolve order holds and rejections and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders as neededSupport the management of open orders through assessing open order reason and action to resolveManaging multiple software and inboxes simultaneously to accurately identify answers for customersAdapting to new assignments and a fast pace changing environment Creating an exceptional customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing success of Cardinal Health CanadaOther duties as required to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information

Qualifications and Core Competencies 

High school diploma1-3 years’ experience in related field preferredPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
