What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health
Responsible for providing services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Qualifications
Existing B2 within Cardinal HealthExperience in handling Medical Documentation (Written Orders, Clinical Notes, Authorization, etc.) is an advantageAt least 1 year of tenure in current roleNo DAs for the past 12 monthsWhat is expected of you and others at this level
Applies acquired job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete standard tasks specifically checking the accuracy and completion of patients' medical documentation, which are required for order fulfillmentPerform Outbound Calls to Doctor's office if necessaryWorks on routine assignments that require basic problem resolutionRefers to policies and past practices for guidanceReceives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignmentsRefers to policies and past practices for guidanceReceives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignmentsConsults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problemsCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
