This role is focused on develop and increase aftermarket sales, grow customer base, and manage quotes, orders, and customer requests. All these through handling and maximizing outbound calls, prospecting, and enhancing our customer experience and by maximizing CRM utilization.

Role Responsibilities

Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone.Focus on a specific region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.Resolves customer issues/problems, research, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.Make the standard quotes for the supported customer base.Follow-up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer baseFollow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requestsIndependently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their business.Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups.

Travel: Up to 5%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through commercial experienceEnglish (Intermediate-Advanced)

Preferred Qualifications:

The profile needs to be an extroverted commercial person that is driven by sales and customer focus.Ability to contact customers in a pro-active wayHaving good technical skillset to understand our products forA first level of immediate customer responsesHandling standard quote requestsTo seek support from specialists when neededTelephone contact skills is an asset for this role
