**Job Overview** Prepares production schedules. Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion dates. + Date manages new orders as per procedure + Revise pick date, ship date and ship date as per production meetings + Raise work order, communicate with production/workshop/buyers/machine shop to ensure all necessary work is completed + Identify key list of orders and chase up with buyers and planners on these daily + Communicate with vendors for key purchase order items as well + Any other tasks requested by the planning supervisor/manager or the manufacturing manager **Skills** + Strong organization and time-management skills. + Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. + Good understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) + Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all departments to ensure positive results. + Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. **Qualifications:** + 1-3 years planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment (preferably) + Open for fresh graduate as well with the required bachelor’s degree + Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Degree / Mechanical Degree \#LI-MD1
