Estimated hourly base pay: $23.66 (minimum) - $29.57 (midpoint) - $35.48 (maximum) Plus, shift differential for 2nd, 3rd and AWS shifts.

What You Will Be Doing
Performing FAA FAR145 compliant Repair and Overhaul functions on Jet Engine fuel system components (valves, pumps, main engine fuel controls and actuators).
Completing mechanical assembly and/or testing and/or lockwire functions on small intricate and large components, ensuring quality metrics for the customer and company are being met.
Conducting subassembly, testing and calibration processes on parts, with a keen understanding of pressure, flow, leaks, tolerances, and yield.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T and a performing visual and measurement inspections using various gauges, tools and inspection equipment
Following detailed and strict work instructions and build procedures to verify parts meeting specifications and requirements
Using MS Suite and company-specific sites and portals to retrieve work instructions, document processes and complete work, etc.
Working with teams on improvement activities to identify gaps and working towards resolutions
Communicating with various levels of personnel throughout the organization both verbal and written.
Completing visual inspections, cleaning, disassembly processes
Works closely with cross functional teams to troubleshoot complex engine controls as needed
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proven mechanical aptitude is required.
Current Woodward members must have CI Tier 1 Certificate, if not a current Woodward member, the ability to achieve CI Tier Certificate within 1 year is required.
Ability to work with small, intricate parts requiring good manual dexterity.
Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
2 or more years of experience as an operations technician at Woodward is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing industry performing assembly and/or testing on similar components is highly desired
