Job Description

You will be responsible for repairs of various LED and legacy lighting products used for film and television production. The Repair Center Technician will troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixtures, run quality checks on out-going product, as well as update cases in software tracking system. This role will be based at the Chandler Cineo location in Arizona and will require effective communication, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong aptitude for reading schematics and wiring diagrams.

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixturesInteract with customers for quotes and case updatesFollow Standard Operating Procedure documents for repair center including repair guides and QC documentationMeet cycle time goals for repairsParticipate in other Repair Center initiatives and projects

What You Must Have…

2+ year technical degree or equivalent work experience2+ years technical experience in electronics assembly, repairs and testDemonstrated ability to read schematics and wiring diagramsDemonstrated ability to debug and fix board level issues including solderingAbility to work in Chandler, AZ

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

5S TrainedSalesforce or similar RMA software experienceExperience with LED and legacy lighting fixture repairsCustomer-focused with excellent customer service skills and a “can-do” attitude
