Job Description

This full-time position is tailor-made for someone with experience hanging sheetrock, using mud and tape techniques, texture application, painting skills, and a knack for carpentry and trim work. Our diverse range of small to mid-size projects will allow you to work independently while showcasing your talent and passion for your craft. All while leading the crew and making sure the project is on track.

ResponsibilitiesHang sheetrock using various techniquesApply mud and tape for finishing touchesPerform texture application and painting tasksConduct carpentry and trim workLead and manage a crew to ensure project completionEnsure safety and customer service standards are metCommunicate effectively with team members and clientsUse a variety of hand and power tools proficientlyPerform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects (upwards of 50lbs.) as needed, sometimes repetitivelyEssential SkillsExperience in hanging sheetrockProficiency in mud and tape techniquesSkill in texture application and paintingCarpentry and trim work expertiseAbility to lead a crew and manage projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience using a variety of hand and power toolsPhysical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsWell-rounded knowledge and skill set in general construction remodel/restorationReliability and flexibility to handle various challengesStrong work ethic and attention to detailWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
