The role:

The primary role of the Repair Technician is to diagnose and complete repair on POS devices. The Repair Technician will also provide operational support for all product roll-outs, Inventory counts, upgrade projects and liaise with the logistics Group ensuring device operation and inventory control.

What you will do:

Display a professional image during all interactions with team members.Responsible for maintaining control of inventory at all times.Provide feedback to manager in regards to issues, stock levels etc..Maintain Global Inventory systems accordingly.Attention to detail on all aspects of service delivery in order to meet or exceed customer expectationsReceive training and repair products for the various models that we support.Problem solving, the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

What we’re looking for:

Diploma or certification in the related field.A valid driver's license3 -4 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing POS hardware.Experience using and installing diagnostic tools.Technical knowledge, Familiarity with electronics and wiring.Service driven and orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent team relation skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks within a time constraint
