Position Overview:
Flexible Schedule: Work four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm with the flexibility to adjust hours to suit your lifestyle!
Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $31 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
Your Role:
Operate and set up specialized test equipment to ensure all electronic components meet our strict quality standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers to support every phase of the repair process, including troubleshooting, rework, and quality testing.
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems, bringing your unique insights and expertise to the team.
Analyze test data, assess performance, and make precise adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Play a key role in developing new repair methods and participate in experimental testing projects that drive innovation.
What You Bring:
An Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience through military training.
A minimum of 2-4 years in electronics repair and testing, with expertise in reading PCB schematics (IPC certification preferred).
Proven experience troubleshooting down to the component level, such as resistors, capacitors, and diodes.
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and electronic test equipment.
