**Schedule:** + Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm + Overtime based on business needs **What you will do:** As a Repair Technician, you will perform in-house servicing and repair of company products. + Receive, test, repair, and ship various products using considerable independent judgement to ensure quality, correctness, and proper procedures are used + Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures + Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products + Resolve issues independently and update the support team as required + Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues + Assist others in resolving their issues, offers advice and possible solutions to them + Work from engineering drawings and/or follow documented instructions + Perform shipping tasks and coach peers associated with international repair **What you need:** Preferred: + High School Diploma or GED + One (1) year relevant work experience + Repairing machinery, consoles, equipment + Experience implementing prints, schematics + Capable of performing medium work, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
