Job Description

Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for this position.  Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview.  (Applies to full-time direct new hires only)

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Complex Mobility Repair Technician position.  This role includes:

Visiting with clients in their place of residence to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair their mobility equipment.Schedule and route coordination with your Complex Mobility team.Provide education and training to clients, caregivers and medical professionals on proper use,  care and safety of equipment operations.Contact manufacturer service teams to troubleshoot equipment and request quotes for items that need to be replaced or updated.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintain / service / clean Norco owned complex mobility equipment and manufacturer demo equipment.Delivery of smaller, less complex pieces of equipment.Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.Pay $20-$26 / Hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

 

Have a mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.Must be willing to learn and use technology in a paperless environment, including computer and cell phone.Ability to lift up to 50lbs. frequently and over 100lbs, occasionally to a height of 36".Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to drive safelyOngoing education is provided, Must stay current in repair / diagnostic techniques and practices.
