About the role
The Spares and Repairs Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end order book review process for spares and repairs sales orders, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. This is a dynamic role requiring a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused individual who is keen to drive improvements in the spares and repairs process while ensuring seamless project delivery
Key responsibilities & tasks
1.Build Strong Working Relationships:
Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams such as project managers, procurement, and operations to facilitate smooth order book management.
2. Data Management & Reporting:
Download and manipulate data from internal systems, transforming it into user-friendly formats for easy review and decision-making.
3. Order Book Review Management:
Lead the order book review cycle, chairing meetings and ensuring all actions and follow-ups are completed between reviews.
4. Process Management & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure the spares and repairs processes are clearly structured, and communicate roles and responsibilities (RACI) to all stakeholders.
5. Guidance & Support:
Provide guidance and recommendations to project managers and other team members on how to resolve issues and move actions forward.
6. Escalation & Problem Resolution:
Act as the point of escalation for unresolved issues and provide clear direction for resolution.
7. Meeting Management & Reporting:
Chair order book review meetings, ensuring actions are captured and tracked effectively.
8. Collaboration & Communication:
Ensure clear communication between all team members to maintain a consistent flow of information, particularly concerning blockers in the process, on time delivery and backlog review

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead meetings, manage escalations, and drive actions to completion.
