El Reparador de Moldes tiene la responsabilidad de realizar el análisis adecuado que servirá de base para llevar a cabo la reparación del molde, asegurando que el trabajo se realice con un alto enfoque en la seguridad, calidad y se entregue a nuestros clientes (Planificación y Producción) de acuerdo con los requisitos de la demanda.
**Responsabilidades**
• Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo en los moldes, asegurando alta calidad y rendimiento y comprendiendo en la calidad del producto.
• Participar en la resolución de problemas junto al equipo de moldeo para identificar las causas raíz de los problemas en los moldes y aplicar las reparaciones adecuadas.
• Escalar inmediatamente al líder del área cualquier irregularidad detectada en los moldes durante los procesos realizados (Para, avisa, espera).
• Realizar evaluaciones de disparos en los moldes, asegurando que el análisis realizado permita detectar cualquier problema en el molde que servirá como base para la toma de decisiones.
• Solicitar apoyo de los reparadores de moldes para identificar la reparación adecuada para los moldes no disponibles según las prioridades.
• Participar en las reuniones diarias de turno y asegurar una transición adecuada entre turnos.
• Cumplir con los requisitos de MMS y Seguridad.
• Aplicar la metodología 5S en la estación de trabajo y en el resto de las áreas de mantenimiento de moldes.

•Educacion: Carrera Técnica.
•Experiencia: 2 años como reparador de moldes.
•Habilidades: Comunicación, Colaboración, liderazgo, análisis y toma de decisiones.
•Conocimiento en mecánica de materiales y Experiencia con herramientas de medición y dibujo técnico.
•Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y SAP como plus.
